At Douglas Park we are proud to source Scottish, local foods for our menu. Our eggs for example come from a farm just round at Blairmore and our bacon from across the River Clyde and south a little to Ardrossan.

Start your day in our elegant, sea facing dining room with individual tables. Help yourself to a selection from the buffet: a choice of fruit juices, cereals, fresh fruit and yogurts.

A lighter alternative

For a lighter alternative our Douglas Park special – A toasted crumpet lightly buttered and topped with grilled bacon and melted Brie with a hint of sweet chilli. With a choice of . . . Stronchullin farm eggs – Fried, Scrambled, Poached or Boiled … or Grilled Cheese on Toast with Tomato.

Sourced from the remote West Highlands and Islands our Smoked Salmon is smoked locally in Sandbank and unrivalled in quality and flavour.
